Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the accuracy of information, we cannot be responsible if the search does not return the required information, including where incorrect information or ambiguous instructions are included in the search request, or because the publicly available registers are not available or hold incorrect information. We will not issue refunds due to incorrect use of this website. eg. prematurely closing or refreshing the web browser. CheckMyRide.com.au takes no responsibility for incorrectly entered email addresses, VINs, registration numbers, or payment details. Vehicles that have been un-registered for any period may not exist in the NEVDIS database, and therefore will not return information such as write-off history, stolen vehicle data, vehicle and registration details. CheckMyRide.com.au takes no responsibility for the information, or limited information returned by searches for un-registered or previously un-registered vehicles.
You must indemnify us against all loss, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses (including legal fees), claims and damages arising from any breach of the terms & conditions, any information obtained via this website, or your access to this website.
